The Committee on State Building and Local Self-Government recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill "On Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine" (re Inclusion of the Issue concerning Prohibition of Activity of Political Parties to the Competence of the High Administrative Court of Ukraine)

The Bill (Reg. No.1107) introduces amendments to the Law "On the Political Parties in Ukraine" and to the Administrative Legal Procedure Code of Ukraine, which include the issue concerning prohibition of activity or cancellation of registration certificate of a political party to the competence of the High Administrative Court as the court of the first instance, and the Supreme Court of Ukraine as the court of appeal instance.
